Was expensive, but well worth the money. Our tour guide Mo was absolutely amazing and packed with knowledge. The memorial was as emotional as it was beautiful. The buffet lunch was amazing as well!!

The whole tour was amazing, and cousin Lani, our tour guide/bus was just fabulous. Her knowledge and humour was exceptional. And the way she drove that huge bus-wow. The bus was new, comfortable, and luxurious. Highly recommend this tour.

We used Polynesian Adventure Tours for two full days of touring on Oahu through our travel agency, Collette, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The first day included Pearl Harbor National Memorial, downtown Honolulu, and the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. Our driver that day was absolutely hilarious. He shared personal stories and perspectives that helped bring the history, culture, and conflicts of the islands to life in a way that felt human and memorable. Between thoughtful commentary he kept the entire bus laughing with perfectly timed one-liners. It made the day both meaningful and genuinely fun. Our second day included Nuʻuanu Pali Lookout and Iolani Palace. The driver that day had a very different style but was just as wonderful. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and engaged with guests during boarding and throughout the tour. Those small moments of conversation made the experience feel welcoming and personal. Logistically, everything ran smoothly. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned, which is a blessing in the Hawaiian sun. Our group was about 42 people on a full-sized coach, but the experience never felt chaotic. Pickups were organized and everything stayed on schedule. The company also handled the logistics around Pearl Harbor very well, which made visiting such an important historic site much easier as a guest. And a quick note for anyone visiting Nuʻuanu Pali Lookout: it was very windy the day we went. Hold onto your hat. Overall, Polynesian Adventure Tours delivered a thoughtful, well-organized experience with guides who clearly care about sharing the story of the islands. It made our time on Oahu more meaningful and much easier to navigate. Mahalo for a wonderful experience.

Ernie was a fantastic tour guide. So much knowledge, fun, thoughtful and very funny. It was so easy to have someone else take care of all the arrangements and all we had to do was show up and enjoy the experience.

From booking, speaking to the folks behind the scenes to get my father’s wheelchair taken care of, to answering all my endless questions, this tour was bar none. I cannot recommend it enough. Lani, our guide, was excellent. She was kind and attentive. If you’re lucky enough to get her, count yourself fortunate. Spending the day with a beautiful Hawaiian native who spoke the language was exciting. It was a day I won’t soon forget! Oh and all the places we got to go to was just the icing on the cake!!!

This was an excellent finale to our week in Hawaii. This was an all day tour but the tour helped break it up and make the time go quickly. From the canoe show to the luau with the finale presentation with the birth of a son, death, family love and support it was an a m azong day. You got to eat the whole pig not just the shredded pork. The whole pig was on the buffet and you saw them carving the meat from the pig. If you wanted a piece of skin you asked and it was provided. The meat was so juicy it melted in your mouth and you had barbque sauce if you wanted it. There was a nice buffett with many options (brisket, fish, chicken) plenty of fresh fruit and dessert. A salad bar. We scheduled our tour through the Polynesian Culture Center and I am glad we did. We paid short of $200 and this included roundtrip transportation from our pickup point which was very close to our hotel. The staff and tour guide were very nice and intentionally asked how you were doing and if you needed anything. I highly recommend this event and would do it again if the opportunity to do so presents itself.

I enjoyed the entire tour at Pearl Harbor. Every part of it, from beginning to the end taking the ferry to the Arizona Memorial. The hostess was informative and the tour was extremely educational.

Our tour guide Ernel made this Pearl Harbor tour an amazing experience. His knowledge of the history of Pearl Harbor is vast. He’s also hilarious which made the trip one I’ll always remember. I hope to get Ernel for another tour in Hawaii in the future!

This is the best way to see the whole island of Oahu in a day. Especially if you don’t have a car. Our tour guide Mo short for Maureen had the best information and stories. It made the long bus ride fun and go by faster. My favorite stop was at Waimea, we took an easy 20 minute hike to the waterfall where you can swim. This tour is worth the price.

We did the full day Pearl Harbor tour with lunch. Perfect for anyone interested in immersive history. Everything was taken care of, lunch was delicious, if you have any mobility issues, they will handle it. Very much worth the price. Tour guide Lani was charming, personable, warm and welcoming and had encyclopedic knowledge of everything on the tour, and beyond. I would do any tour with her. Highly recommended.
